This week, our featured resale comes from Enviro-Master Services, a franchise that provides restroom hygiene services, as well as deep cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of commercial storefronts, kitchens, breakrooms, high-traffic and high-touch areas. Enviro-Master first started franchising in 2012, and now has 105 units throughout the country.

  • Owner is retiring; currently works 10 hours per week in the business. A general manager and sales team is in place.

  • Enviro-Master is not a “trendy” business, but this is a franchise that provides a much needed service with seemingly unlimited applications. Think of all the restaurants, bars, gyms, hotels, etc. that need this work done. There is also a recurring revenue element of the business where many of your customers will be on a weekly or monthly cadence for multiple services - deep clean of restrooms, drain clearings, tile and grout cleaning, powerwashing, etc.

  • We like the ability to land a customer for one of the services, and then continue to add value when they need more periodic cleaning services like powerwashing.

Description:

Nextaff offers contract, temp-to-hire and direct hire placements for companies looking for staffing help. They specialize in healthcare, information technology, and commercial positions. As a franchisee you’ll be responsible for obtaining contracts with businesses in your market that have staffing needs. You will then recruit, interview and match candidates to the open positions you have. You will have a small office where you, your admin, and recruiters will work from. No staffing experience is required.

  • Choose Your Vertical: Unlike other staffing companies that typically work within one industry, NEXTAFF has the ability to staff in most verticals. We operate in Technology, Healthcare, and Commercial industries, allowing Franchise Owners to select the vertical that compliments their background and experience. Each of the 3 verticals is a separate franchise agreement.

  • Back Office Support: Corporate covers a variety of aspects needed for the business to run smoothly. This includes payroll, HR, and legal. All the Franchise Owner has to do is worry about finding clients and matching them with the correct employees.

  • Reduced Royalty Fees: The royalty fees are based on Gross Wages, not Gross Revenue or Gross Profit. Because the business is structured this way, NEXTAFF is usually 15%- 40% more cost-effective than their competition.

  • X-FACTOR: The X-FACTOR is a customized recipe that ensures you find the right fit for your clients. While most staffing agencies use traditional methods such as manually reviewing resumes and conducting unstructured interviews, NEXTAFF uses a variety of methods including work samples, cognitive ability tests, personality tests and more to ensure additional hires have the correct skill sets, leaving you with a very high success rate.
