🎉New Franchise Owner through Franchise Empire 🎉
A few years ago, Isaac explored franchise opportunities in the pizza industry but never quite found the right fit. Life moved on, but the desire to own a business never went away.
Recently, ready to take the leap and build something of his own, Isaac reconnected with Franchise Empire and began working with Chris to restart his journey, this time with more clarity and focus.
He was looking for a business that was essential, service-based, and built for long-term success, something that would allow him to create real impact in his community while building a legacy for the future.
That search led him to LIME Painting, a premium home services brand that aligned perfectly with his vision and values.
Chris, his broker, shared: “Isaac came back into the process with intention and clarity. He asked the right questions, trusted the process, and found a brand that truly fits his goals.”
Isaac is now the proud owner of one LIME Painting territory, and he’s officially on the path to business ownership, this time, with a plan, a purpose, and a brand he believes in. Congrats Isaac!

Description & History:
Tropical Smoothie Café started in 1997 in Destin, Florida, founded by Eric and Delora Jenrich and David Walker. What began as a laid-back smoothie bar selling real-fruit smoothies along the Florida Panhandle quickly grew into a full fast-casual café with a bright, tropical vibe.
By 1998, the first franchise opened in Tallahassee, marking the beginning of its national expansion. Within just two years, the brand was already evolving; by 1999, it had added sandwiches and wraps to the menu, transforming from a smoothie bar into a balanced café concept.
Today, roughly 60% of sales come from beverages and 40% from food, giving franchise owners multiple ways to drive revenue throughout the day.
After years of steady growth, the brand caught the attention of private equity firms. In 2020, Levine Leichtman Capital Partners acquired Tropical Smoothie Café, and in April 2024, Blackstone purchased the brand in a deal worth nearly $2 billion.
The results? Explosive momentum. In 2024, Tropical Smoothie opened 161 new stores, marking 13 straight years of same-store sales growth, an impressive streak of consistency and performance in the fast-casual industry. Today, the system includes 1,515 total locations, with 1,514 franchise-owned and just one corporate store. So, let's see what it takes to own a cafe of your own.👇
