I talked to someone this week who bought into a franchise that was EXPLODING and all the rage just a few years ago.

It was a “passion play” for a lot of people that were buying.

Meaning it was one of those “oh, I’m passionate about that type of business”.

What happens then is your emotions drive, not your logic.

Turns out, none of the franchisees are making money. Actually most of them are really struggling and losing money.

The sad part is that there are really GREAT franchises out there that have a proven track record with dozens and dozens of successful franchisees that are profitable AND happy.
