Hey Empire Builders,
Welcome to this week’s Franchise Empire Newsletter, where we share specific franchise opportunities that we think are interesting, and examples of everyday folks building their empires.
If you hadn’t noticed. We didn’t do a newsletter last week..
You probably got a million emails though because we were launching our Franchise Buyers Academy.
Yea…sorry about that. (well not really)
I’m not sorry, because attention is hard to come by!
We are busy,
We are forgetful,
We procrastinate,
We need to be reminded of things
We need to see things 7 times on average before we buy
That’s literally what you’re facing out there in the marketplace as a business owner.
I used to hate when people sold or promoted stuff..
But how in the world do you think you make money once you’re an entrepreneur and buy your franchise? Or whatever business you wind up doing.
Sales and Marketing are the lifeblood of business. Without them, the best businesses with the best products and services couldn’t survive.
Remember that as you journey into entrepreneurship. One day you’ll need to promote your business, and find customers or clients.
So if you like a business or a brand, in the future- don’t hesitate in supporting and doing business with them as long as it’s a win-win, and you think it could help solve whatever problem you’re facing.
With all that out of the way….
After a week of shutting down access, the Franchise Buyers Academy is back up and available for you to join.
It’s a whopping $27.
We will raise the price soon though, and I’m being 100% honest with you when I say I don’t know how long we’ll keep it up and available.
So if you’ve gotten value out of any video you’ve watched from me or my team, or email we’ve sent, or training we’ve made.
&
You are open, interested, or just “thinking about” the idea of buying a franchise.
Then we’d appreciate your support in buying Franchise Buyers Academy for $27 LOL. (It’s so cheap it’s almost annoying)
Thank you.

Anago is a master franchise opportunity in the commercial cleaning space. The master acts as a subfranchisor – selling franchises just like a typical franchisor does. Master franchise owners have the exclusive developmental rights to sell janitorial franchises in a defined territory. Simultaneously, they will sell cleaning contracts and assign those contracts to those who purchased a janitorial franchise from them. The master will help to support their franchisees with their daytime operations by doing the sales, marketing, billing and advertising for them. The unit franchisee then focuses on the nighttime operations such as hiring, training and proper usage of chemicals and equipment. Master owners are not in the cleaning business, but instead in a sales and marketing role.

In this episode, I sit down with franchise legend Rick Bisio and talk about how you can select a winning franchise among the thousands available in the United States.
Rick, the author of “The Educated Franchisee,” shares invaluable insights on the critical mistakes potential franchise buyers often make and how to steer clear of them. We dive deep into the signs of a failing franchise, the circumstances under which you’re better off not buying a franchise at all, and why sometimes sticking to a traditional job is the smarter choice.
This conversation is packed with straightforward, no-nonsense advice that will equip you with the knowledge to make informed decisions and potentially save you from making costly mistakes in the franchise world.
So sit back, take some notes, and enjoy the show.
That’s a wrap for this week’s Franchise Empire newsletter.
Feel free to reply with any questions, or feedback. I appreciate and value your time and attention.
I’ll see you at the same time next week!
