🎉New Franchise Owner through Franchise Empire 🎉
After more than 20 years of active military service, Michael was ready for his next mission. But this time, it wasn’t about deployment or duty; it was about building something of his own, right alongside his dad and brother.
He wanted more than just a business. He wanted purpose. A way to create impact. A path to long-term freedom that he could walk with his family.
That’s when he partnered with Franchise Empire to explore the right opportunities. After diving into the process and narrowing down what truly aligned with his values, Michael found the perfect fit with Bio-One.
He now owns a territory in the Metro Atlanta area and is on a new kind of mission, one rooted in service, family, and a legacy he’s proud to build.
Big things ahead, Michael. Let’s go!
FRANCHISE OF THE WEEK

Description & History:
In 1984, Holiday Corporation started Hampton Inn with a clear goal: to give travelers a clean, comfortable place to stay at a fair price. At the time, most budget hotels were very basic, but Hampton stood out. They were the first hotel brand to offer free breakfast and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If guests weren’t happy, they didn’t have to pay.
This simple promise made Hampton an instant favorite. By the late 1980s, the brand was growing quickly, and the newly formed Promus Hotel Corporation helped move Hampton from a budget hotel into a strong mid-level option. The focus was still on value, but now with added touches of comfort.
In 1999, Hilton made its move, acquiring Promus (and with it, Hampton) for $3.7 billion. Under Hilton’s leadership, Hampton started adding small but important features, like all-white bedspreads to show cleanliness and curved shower rods to make bathrooms feel bigger. Guests noticed the difference.
In 2015, Hampton updated its name to Hampton by Hilton to match Hilton’s other brands and connect with millions of loyal Hilton travelers worldwide.
Today, Hampton has nearly 3,000 hotels in 40 countries and is known around the world for comfort and consistency. It’s also been ranked the #1 hotel franchise by Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500 for many years in a row.
What started as a simple, budget-friendly hotel has now grown into one of the most trusted names in the industry, proof that putting guests first can build a global brand. Now, let’s dive into what it looks like to open one of your own. 👇
