Franchise of the Week: Pressure Washing Business that Makes $670K* and a Unique Resale for $100K*
🎉 New Franchise Owner through Franchise Empire 🎉
Meet Peter and his two business partners, lifelong friends turned franchise owners.
All three are experienced entrepreneurs with a strong track record of building successful ventures.
This time, they wanted something different.
A business they could build together, with a simple model and a fast ramp-up.
Working with Marc, they explored several home service opportunities and carefully evaluated what would give them the best foundation to grow.
Ultimately, they landed on a residential service business specializing in exterior home care, a model that offered strong support, scalability, and the momentum they were looking for.
“Peter and his partners came in with great experience but stayed incredibly open to the process,” Marc shared. “They focused on finding the right system they could build together, and that mindset set them up for success.”
They’ve now secured two territories in Long Island and are excited to get their business up and running. Congrats to these new owners!
